Tulsa has two new symbols of America's freedom this weekend.

Cherokee and Sutton have injuries that keep them from being released in the wild. So a new exhibit at the zoo gives folks a close look at the birds in a news exhibit and the Tulsa Zoo.

Eagles are now considered a threatened species rather than endangered.

So the Tulsa Zoo has to follow strict rules under a the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service to keep them in captivity.
