The Tulsa Chapter of the American Sewing Guild presented Tulsa Fire Station # 2 with a handmade quilt Wednesday morning.
The quilt is their way of remembering the thousands of people who perished in the 9-11 attacks, and those who fought to save them.
The women also presented another quilt to firefighters in Broken Arrow Monday.
The quilts are the patriotic colors of red, white and blue and feature some of the patriotic words spoken by President Bush in the days after the attacks.
