Crews continue to make progress on the new federal building in Oklahoma City. It's being built right across the street from where the Murrah building once stood.

Federal officials are making special arrangements for workers who don't want to move into the new building. They've been told they can transfer to other states or possibly work from other offices in Oklahoma City.

32 survivors flew to Washington to tell HUD officials they're not comfortable with the move. 35 HUD employees were killed in the bombing.
