One person is behind bars and a second in a Tulsa hospital following a weekend shooting.

Tulsa Police were called to an area at Latimer and Elgin and found a man lying in a backyard. He'd been shot twice, in the chest and arm. The suspect ran off, but he later turned himself in.

Police have also recovered the gun.
