(Spencer-AP) -- A teenager is dead and a three-year-old girl is in critical condition after a car hit the go-cart they were riding on.

Spencer police have not identified the victims and say they don't know if the children are related.

The crash happened Sunday afternoon. Helen Chapple says the go-cart was trying to cross the street and pulled in front of her car before she could stop.
