Just days until the biggest game of the year here in Tulsa. TU versus OU.

And the city will close a portion of 11th Street to control the crowds. Gary Street to Evanston will be closed from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Friday.

Several businesses along 11th Street are having block parties including the Hardwood Bar and Grill. Bar owner Chad Rogers says he'll broadcast the big game for people who don't want to battle the crowds at the stadium.

But for those who want to watch the game indoors and enjoy some good tunes, Rogers says three local bands will perform. "We want to give people the opportunity to come out before the game. Give 'em something to do, hear great local music and hopefully enjoy great beverages and food."

More than 50,000 people are expected at the game that's not counting the 10,000 that expected to attend the block parties alone.
