(Broken Arrow, Oklahoma-AP) -- An Oregon woman is dead and an Ohio woman seriously injured after the car they were in crashed on the Creek Turnpike in northeastern Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Bernice Strutz of Bandon, Oregon, died and Deborah Sue Britenbaker of Toledo, Ohio, was injured in Sunday's crash in Wagoner County.

Troopers say the car driven southbound by Britenbaker went into the median, hit an embankment and rolled three times before coming to rest in the northbound lanes.
