The slowing economy is the reason Tulsa's Salvation Army may soon stop offering free lunches.
No final decision has been made.
A spokeswoman estimates about a third of the nearly 300-people served lunch each day aren't homeless but just come for the free meal.
The Salvation Army will continue to provide breakfast and dinner AT its emergency shelter.
