A Creek County judge says David Eads will go to trial. Eads is accused in the June 2001 stabbing death of Jane Neafus.

At his competency hearing Eads claimed he's been hunted by -quote-"evil people" his whole life. He says he can predict the apocalypse. The judge rejected defense claims that Eads can't assist in his defense because of a troubled mental state.

The Creek County DAâ€™s office says Eads has been faking mental problems to avoid a murder trial.
