It is smooth sailing on the Broken Arrow expressway in Tulsa, after a big traffic tie up Monday morning, backed up cars for miles.
The accident happened near the Harvard exit. Officers say the driver of the pick-up didn't see the car when he tried to change lanes, causing the crash. Tulsa Police officer Paul Downe, “The red Ford then hit the bridge abutment, causing her to have a flat tire. The red, the white ford ranger then went up the side of the vehicle flipped over two or three times and came to rest in the center lane.â€
The backed-up traffic caused problems for emergency crews trying to get to the scene. Both drivers did suffer minor injuries, but nothing life threatening.
