Prosecutors have charged a Tulsa elementary school teacher with stealing beer from a convenience store twice in the same day.

30-year old Curtis Luttrell faces three misdemeanor charges. He's also charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, after police found several prescription tablets in his car, wallet, and pockets.

Luttrell teaches first grade at Tulsa's Lee Elementary. The school district says it will review his contract.
