(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The state's largest trucking firm is filing for bankruptcy.

ROCOR International says it has more than 100 million dollars in debt and has between ten million and 50 million dollars in assets.

ROCOR President Bill Wiley says another company has asked about buying the trucking firm, and he is considering that offer.

The Oklahoma City trucking firm specializes in transporting refrigerated goods, pharmaceuticals and film nationwide and has about one thousand employees.
