A man accused of falsely identifying himself as an Army captain at the I-40 bridge collapse has been indicted.
The indictment charges William Clark with impersonating a federal officer, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Authorities say Clark looked through personal items collected after the accident.
He even took photographs at the scene, and rummaged through property belonging to an Army Captain who died in the accident. Clark has prior convictions for theft in Missouri and North Dakota.
