Tulsa Police sex crimes detectives take the next step in their investigation of a former Tulsa priest.
Allegations against Father Ken Lewis first surfaced within the Tulsa Diocese in 1994, but were never reported to police. Now, some of the boys who say they were victims of sexual abuse are coming forward.
Here's where things stand so far. Detectives interviewed four men Wednesday. They are all 21 or 22 years old, but were minors when they say the abuse occurred.
Police say they expect more victims to come forward, but, don't know how many. They are also researching how the statute of limitations applies to this case.
Father Lewis adamantly denies any sexual contact with young people and has resigned from his most recent assignment in McAlester.
