Tulsa Ballet will leave next week for its international debut at a major arts festival in Portugal. And the tour isn't just about ballet, but also business.

Governor Keating and a delegation from the State Commerce Department will go along on Tulsa Ballet's tour. Tulsa Ballet president Cheryl Forrest, "They are bringing European investment clients to the performance and will be holding trade discussions with them after the performance the next day."
