A Tulsa boy, hit while riding his bike is recovering in the hospital. Tulsa Police say the boy was riding with a friend, when he tried to turn into an apartment complex on 33rd West Avenue and was struck by a car.
The force of the accident threw him of his bike, head first into the car's windshield. Police say it happened so fast; the driver of the car didn't have a chance to react.
The boy’s injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
