Tulsa County DA Tim Harris cleared officers of shooting and killed a man in north Tulsa on July 7th.

Harris ruled late Wednesday afternoon that the shooting was justifiable. Officers were breaking up a fight in a crowd of people in a parking lot at 5000 N Peoria when 21-year-old Andre Talton started shooting. He hit and injured teenagers. Officers returned fire and killed Talton.

Harris says the officers were justified in using deadly force to protect themselves and innocent citizens.
