Technology is bringing students from across the globe together in Tulsa this week.

Teachers from Israel and Tulsa are using the Internet and satellite TV links to create what they call an "education bridge."

Carver Middle School has been the home base for the project for the past 3 years. Debbie Givens at Carver Middle School says the project brings students together. "At the end of the year when we do our video conference they realize that even though they live 7-thousand miles away there are more similarities than differences between the kids."

The program is part Tulsa's Sister Cities Program with Tiberias, Israel.
