(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A Terlton man is dead after a crash Sunday morning in Pawnee County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Bobby Joe Dolphin was dead on arrival at Tulsa's Saint Francis Hospital.

Passenger Adam Witt of Terlton is in stable condition at the hospital with head and other injuries.

The accident happened just before eight o-clock as Dolphin was driving south on a state highway and apparently fell asleep. The vehicle ran off the road and hit a culvert. Dolphin was thrown through a window.
