Some inmates in a Tulsa "halfway house" accuse the state of allowing tuberculosis to spread inside the facility - and outside to visitors and families.
More than 300 inmates live downtown in the Avalon Correction Center at 300 West Archer in Tulsa. Two inmates contracted tuberculosis.
A lawsuit has been filed claiming Avalon and the department of corrections disregarded their illness while others were exposed. The State has declined to comment.
