Nothing was determined Wednesday when a federal judge heard a lawsuit on Oklahoma's new smoking rules.
The judge said he would have to determine whether the issue was a federal or state ordinance. A Sapulpa restaurant and a VFW post filed the lawsuit. They want a judge to outlaw the smoking rules, which took effect July 1st.
Those rules require restaurants with smoking and non-smoking sections to install separate ventilation systems.
The judge says he'll rule on Friday.
