There's an important change for drivers who head out of Tulsa on I-44 and use the Will Rogers Turnpike.
Instead of getting into the left lane at the Highway 412 junction, drivers now need to stay in the right lane, like you would if you were getting onto 412. That will connect you to the new Will Rogers interchange that eventually connects to the Creek Turnpike.
If you want to take Route 66 to Catoosa or Claremore, you can continue in the left lane. Drivers still exit the Will Rogers Turnpike the same way. All of the work on the interchange is expected to be finished in August.
