Power fines have targeted Williams Companies to the tune of $25.5-million.

The Tulsa-based company is among a dozen that were fined for not providing power to the state of California when it was in a declared state of emergency. Fines imposed by California grid operators are detailed in a report released Wednesday, that total $122-million.

The report says the fines were imposed in late 2000 and part of 2001. Some of the energy companies are challenging the fines.
