An Owasso man has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography. Billy Wayne Hutto was arrested earlier this year inside his home during an international undercover investigation into online child pornography.
The 56-year-old Hutto pleaded guilty to three counts of knowingly receiving explicit images of underage nude girls.
Hutto's arrest was part of the Candyman investigation that lead to more than 50 arrests nationwide.
