A vacant house in Bartlesville went up in flames early Thursday morning. Firefighters say the cause is suspicious, because the house had been set on fire exactly one week ago.
This fire is just one in a rash of overnight fires in Washington County lately. Both the Bartlesville Police department and fire department are working together to put a stop to the fires.
Bartlesville Fire Chief Bob Hasbrook, "It is a little disconcerting to say the least, but we know we've got a problem out here. Our biggest concern is you might get someone hurt whether it's a firefighter or an occupant.â€
No one was hurt in the blaze. The cause is under investigation.
