LifeStat will discontinue ambulance service to Glenpool at the end of June.

After seven years of serving Glenpool, a spokesman for Lifestat says they withdrew their bid. They cited lack of community support after the death of a patient several months ago. As well as cuts in Medicaid and Medicare payments.

Glenpool's new ambulance provider will be Gold Cross. They take over on July 1st.
