A Tulsa woman says she wants to know who killed her son two months ago and hopes they'll ask God for forgiveness.
Bernice Skinner says she'd also like to know why the killer couldn't learn from her son's own criminal mistakes.
Children found Lamont Skinner's body near railroad tracks in April. Skinner had been shot 14 times and homicide detective Sergeant Mike Huff says the killing's unusually violent.
Court records show Lamont Skinner himself was a suspect in an unsolved killing last year.
Skinner's mother says the dead man was also a father with a five-year-old son who misses him.
