(Webbers Falls, Oklahoma-AP) -- For the first time since last month's bridge collapse, river traffic is moving again along the Arkansas River near Webbers Falls, Oklahoma.

Salvage crews Tuesday night used a crane to remove the last piece of the dangling Interstate 40 bridge. And the barges that hit the bridge were moved to the west bank of the river.

The US Coast Guard reopened the river for commercial traffic Wednesday morning. Five northbound barges had been stalled by the collapse, which killed 14 motorists on the bridge.
