A Green Country family is suing four convenience stores for selling beer to their underage son.
They claim he's become an alcoholic and suffers from physical problems. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a Sapulpa family. They claim the stores sold beer to their son without asking for identification even though he was only 15.
William and Beverly Stotler say as a result, their son Josh has suffered damage to his pancreas and his brain. The stores haven't commented on the lawsuit.
