The Tulsa Regional Medical Center is leading the field in Oklahoma, a magnetic field that is.

Wednesday, a six-ton magnet, called a Siemens MRI scanner, was dropped into their MRI scan room through a skylight. The new scanner gives the highest resolution and fastest imaging of any full body scanner.

The device will help doctors identify strokes, seizures, cancer and other diseases more quickly, and will be more comfortable for patients.
