(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma lawmakers have left the Capitol without finishing a congressional redistricting plan.

The House and Senate adopted separate plans but couldn't agree on a single plan.

An Oklahoma County judge has been asked to choose new congressional districts if lawmakers couldn't. Judge Vicki Robertson is scheduled to give her decision Tuesday.

Oklahoma City Mayor Kirk Humphreys and other officials criticized the House plan today because they say it divides Oklahoma County and dilutes the political power of the state's most populated area.

Oklahoma is losing one of its six members of Congress this year because the state's population did not grow as fast as other states.
