TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ A Tulsa County judge on Wednesday sentenced a 19-year-old to 13 years in prison for his role in the death of a grocery store clerk who was shot over some beer.

Tulsan Tony Lee Williams received the prison term for second-degree murder after entering a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Jon Chadwick, 36, was shot in the head July 31 as he pursued a group of people who had taken beer from an Albertson's grocery store without paying.

In a separate deal, Nicholas Delano Winford, 24, was sentenced April 1 to 15 years in prison.

Williams and Winford pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Under sentencing guidelines, they each must serve 85 percent of their respective time in Department of Corrections custody before being eligible for release.

A jury convicted Tommie Lee Price of first-degree murder and recommended life in prison with the possibility of parole. Price, 18, admitted firing the fatal shot but said he had not aimed at and did not intend to hurt anyone.

Khalil Abbus, 18, awaits trial on a first-degree murder charge. Rex Thomas Chancellor, 19, is charged with manslaughter and has testified for the prosecution.
