You could call it feast or famine for the folks in Bartleville. The once-parched Hulah Lake is now above normal level and still rising.

As of late Thursday afternoon, the Army Corps of Engineers said Hulah is 3.5 feet above normal. That's a gain of more than five feet in the past 24 hours.

And Wednesday night's storm added more than an inch of rain in Bartlesville. The Bartlesville city council will hold a special meeting Friday at noon to discuss lifting water restrictions.
