The Summer Special Olympic games are just around the corner. Tuesday, some special students got an early taste of the Olympic spirit.

About 1,000 Union School students and faculty members gathered to send off the 7 students who will compete in this year's Special Olympics. Miss Oklahoma Kaci Hundley spoke to the group and performed two songs.

The student athletes will head to games in Stillwater on May 15th.
