The FAA spent the day Tuesday investigating a plane crash at an Owasso golf course.
The plane crashed near the Owasso Golf and Athletic Club late Monday afternoon injuring the pilot and one passenger. Tuesday, investigators walked along the path where the plane hit to get clues on what exactly happened.
Witnesses say, prior to the crash, they noticed the propeller wasn't moving on the single engine plane. Eyewitness, Eric Kammiller, "Yea, we were watching him circle the high school stadium and watched him as he flew toward the golf course and his propeller stopped and surely we thought he would turn it back on but never did."
The passenger, Tim Bowman of Owasso, is in good condition at St. John Medical Center. The pilot, Jim Zoller is in fair condition at the Tulsa Regional Medical Center.
Both were able to get out of the wreckage before the plane caught fire.
