Pesto Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

Basil Pesto:

¼ lb. Basil

1 C. Parmesan

2 tsp. Kosher Salt

1 Tbl. Fresh Garlic (minced)

¼ lb. Spinach

¾ C. Olive Oil

¾ C. Pine Nuts

Sun-dried Tomato Pesto:

½ lb. Sun Dried Tomatoes

½ C. Parmesan

¼ C. Pine Nuts

½ Tbl. Kosher Salt

1 Tbl. Fresh Garlic

¾ C. Olive Oil

Pesto Cream Cheese Spread:

1 ½ lbs. Cream Cheese

2 Tbl. Basil Pesto

2 Tbl. Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.

Serve warm with toastpoints or crackers!
