A Tulsa man says he feels vindicated this morning after successfully fighting a misdemeanor charge against him.

78-year-old Glen Guyton was cited last fall during a crackdown on deer hunters at Mohawk Park.

Prosecutors claimed he had crossed park property.

His defense proved otherwise.

Guyton could have paid a 50-dollar fine and court costs, but says he wanted to clear his name.

He spent 2-thousand dollars to prove his innocence.
