(Oklahoma City-AP) -- There are some who believe the full truth of the Oklahoma City bombing will die with Timothy McVeigh when he's executed next week.

Survivors and even the bomber's former lawyer contend McVeigh hasn't been honest about how many people were involved in the planning, financing and carrying out of the plot.

Survivor Jane Graham says she saw two mysterious men inside the federal building shortly before the explosion. Graham believes someone placed bombs inside the building and that the truck bomb was a decoy that killed only a few of the victims.

McVeigh's former attorney believes the bombing involved six to eight people. Stephen Jones says McVeigh was a member of a terrorist group.

The F-B-I is confident all those responsible for the bombing were arrested. Dallas-based agent Lori Bailey says more than a billion records were created and that all theories were investigated and double- and triple-checked.
