(Denver-AP) -- A federal judge says he won't hear any more appeals from Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols.
Judge Richard Matsch says Nichols has made no substantial showing of being denied a constitutional right.
Monday's ruling means Nichols' federal appeals are over unless given permission by either a federal appeals court or the US Supreme Court.
Nichols is serving life in prison on federal conspiracy and manslaughter convictions. He still faces a possible trial in Oklahoma on murder charges and prosecutors plan to ask for the death penalty.
