(Philadelphia-AP) -- A three-year-old Philadelphia boy who was reunited with his family Thursday afternoon after being missing for nearly two years.

F-B-I agent Richard Marquise says Naire Foreman was found in a north Oklahoma City apartment by authorities acting on a tip. Marquise says the boy was staying with a woman who apparently didn't know he was missing.

Naire was escorted to Philadelphia by an FBI agent where he was reunited with his mother, grandmother and other family members.

The boy's father, Dwayne Foreman, allegedly abducted the boy in November 1999. He was arrested early Thursday in Atlanta, Georgia.
