(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa-based Williams is again a target of federal regulators for allegedly overcharging California utilities for electricity.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission says Williams overcharged by more than 25-thousand dollars in March. The commission says Williams and two other companies accused of overcharging must refund the money or justify their prices.

Williams is also accused of overcharging the utilities in January and February by a total of more than 29-and-a-half (m) million dollars.

Williams spokeswoman Paula Hall-Collins says regulators haven't said if they're satisfied with the company's explanation of the January and February prices.
