(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Attendance at the Oklahoma City National Memorial Center is slightly better than anticipated.
Officials say about 11 hundred, 50 people a day tour the museum, which opened almost two months ago. About 70-thousand people total have visited the museum.
Officials say many of the visitors are from out-of-state and have little, or no connection to the April 19, 1995, bombing that killed 168 people.
The seven million dollar Oklahoma City National Memorial Center Museum follows a 10-chapter story line, taking visitors from a typical Oklahoma spring day through the bombing and the painful period afterward.
