(Tulsa-AP) -- A former police officer accused of selling methamphetamine is now in even more trouble.
Robert Daniel Rolen Junior landed in jail after he was hours late for a court hearing. He and his co-defendant, Shannon Larie Dugan, had been free on bond.
They were handcuffed by Tulsa County sheriff's deputies last night and booked into the Tulsa Jail.
Rolen and Dugan were scheduled for arraignment on three felony counts, including delivery of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm while in commission of a felony.
Rolen was a full-time police officer since 1993. Chief Ron Palmer fired him February 23 -- ten days after he was charged.
Rolen's attorney says they were late for court because of a medical emergency
