Former Legislator Dies

(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Former Oklahoma state legislator Norman Reynolds Junior has died at age 81.
Reynolds served three terms in the Legislature from 1948 to 1954. He was one of the authors of bills helping create the Will Rogers and H-E Bailey turnpikes.
Reynolds also was a founder of Heritage Hall Schools.
Survivors include his wife and four children. Funeral services are pending.
