(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin says she won't be rushed into announcing whether she'll run for governor.

On Wednesday, her spokesman said members of the Republican Party are pressuring her not to enter the race, clearing the way for U-S Representative Steve Largent.

Governor Keating yesterday said he's pleased to see that Largent is interested in running.

Keating did not mention Fallin.

Fallin says she's surprised if Keating failed to mention her as a possible candidate, saying the governor probably has other things on his mind.

Fallin says she's encouraged by support she's receiving and that she'll announce her decision in the next few months.
