(Tulsa-AP) -- Oral Roberts University and the University of Arkansas may be close to an agreement to begin a three-game series in men's basketball.

The Tulsa World reports the first game would be in Fayetteville, Arkansas, next season. The second game would be at O-R-U during the 2002-03 season and the third game in Arkansas during 2003-04.

Oral Roberts coach Scott Sutton declines to comment on the possible series. Razorback coach Nolan Richardson says U-A officials are trying to work out agreements with not only O-R-U, but Tulsa and Oklahoma State as well.

O-R-U's 2001-02 schedule should be released in July or August.
