(Columbia, Missouri-AP) -- Big 12 basketball teams have one less Missouri scorer to worry about for a while.

Guard Clarence Gilbert has been suspended indefinitely for what the school says is an internal disciplinary reason.

Tiger coach Quin Snyder is expected to discuss the situation today.

Gilbert is Missouri's leading scorer now that Kareem Rush is out for the season. Gilbert is fourth in the Big 12 in scoring with a 17-point-per game average.
