Freezing and thawing continues to burst water pipes across Tulsa. A major line broke Tuesday night near 31st and Sheridan, cutting off water to one apartment building and one office.

The city is currently working to fix 19 water line breaks. Last month, Tulsa had 335 water breaks and that's a new record for December. With only four days into January, there have already been 42 breaks.
