A Bartlesville woman is in jail just a few days after having a baby, and after denying she did. Prosecutors charged 21-year-old Erica Adair with second-degree murder Tuesday. Investigators say Adair went to a local hospital last week complaining of heavy bleeding.

The hospital staff called police after Adair denied having a baby, however doctors believed she had. Officers searched her home, and found the body of a baby boy wrapped in a blanket under a bed. The Tulsa County Medical Examiner will determine exactly how the baby died.
