OU assistant has two coaching jobs

(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma wide receivers coach Steve Spurrier Junior is busy with two coaching jobs these days.

In addition to his duties with the Sooners, Spurrier is spending most of his free time in Oklahoma City coaching for his expectant wife.

Melissa Spurrier is expecting triplets and under doctor's orders for full bed rest. She's been hospitalized for five weeks and Spurrier is spending his time away from the field with her.

Spurrier and the doctors are hoping his wife will go another month before giving birth to what Spurrier says will be a girl, a boy and a surprise.
